Back To School Lookbook: College Edition
Happy Friday ya'll! Some of you guys just finished your first week of school and some of you are preparing to start on Monday! Personally, I'm still waiting on my school to release funds to me so I may have to do a flex-start semester, boo!!!! Anyways, today I'm bringing you all three trendy and comfortable looks to wear to school. This won't pass dress code so I'm talking to my college ladies today!
Hope you enjoy all three looks. Let me know which one is your favorite in the comment section down below. Show some love to the photographer, Shay (all info will be down below) and don't forget to check out the video we shot for my Youtube Channel. I will be linking the video down below as well! Have a great start to your weekend!
THE FIRST LOOK:
This look is something that I find myself wearing often. This faux suede crop top is perfect for the humid Florida weather. I paired it with this button down denim skirt. What I love most about this skirt is that the denim is stretchy. So it's comfortable to wear while running errands, sitting for a long time, walking around, and looking cute in between classes. I finished the look with a black bootie, choker and backpack. I tried to keep this as simple as possible since the bearing midriff is a statement on it's own!
THE SECOND LOOK:
The second look is a little more "business casual" which is great if you attend classes that require you to dress up for presentations. It's equally comfortable and fun. It shows that you are serious about whatever you're talking about (serious enough to wear a cullote jumper), but you also have a fun and laid back side as well. I styled it with nude clogs that I usually am afraid to wear, but thought it paired well with this jumper. Throw on a statement necklace and a structured bag and BOOM. You're done!
THE LAST LOOK:
For my last and final look I wanted to be a little more of what I like to call, "tomboy-prep". I felt this outfit represented me the most when it comes to what I would feel most confident in at school. I love the simplicity and ease of a printed pant paired with a plain tee. I added a pointy flat and a statement choker to give some edge to the look. I am obsessed with this outfit and have worn it multiple times since.
Thank you so much for reading. I hope all these looks inspired you for the fall semester. Let me know in the comments below which look was your favorite. Don't forget to check out all the information down below. I'll see you next week with a new blog post.
