a thrifted spring look ft timex

Hello and Happy Sunday. It's the end of the weekend and a new week is about to start. This weekend has been so fun and relaxing for me, exactly what I needed. Anyone else have those kind of moments? Anyways, today I'm bringing my very last post in the "Thrifted Spring" series where I showcase outfits 100% thrifted. Today will be the only exception to that because I'm also showcasing this new watch I received from Timex. I hope you guys have been enjoying this series as much as I have been enjoying putting together all these looks. I love thrifting and finding great deals. Being a college student I have to find ways to stay cute and not hurt my bank account. In general, I would rather spend money on experiences rather than materialistic things. Anyone else agree? The older I get the less I care about having the latest techie item or coolest shoes but rather fun adventures and memories I can have forever.

Alright I'm getting a little sidetracked here, let's get on to the outfit. Today's look is mainly from goodwill...surprise surprise. This green silky top was pretty big when I first tried it on, but I loved the color so much I just had to get it. To make it a little more fitted and really show off my petite frame, I tied it in a knot in the front, and rolled up the sleeves. It still gives that loose and effortless vibe that I wanted without swallowing me whole. I paired it with these high waisted jeans that I cut the bottoms of. These were such  great find because they truly fit like no other. The necklace I got on sale years ago for $3 from H&M. I decided to also pair it with my new Timex watch for a collaboration I recently did with them on my Instagram. If you haven't seen those photos, make sure to follow my IG and watch out for more collars coming soon. Thank you so much for checking this look out and I hope you enjoy!

As Told By,
